Edward hesitated for a bit, “I… Uh… I’m kind of… uh… lost.”

“Oh gosh… Well, maybe I can help you.” He smiled. “Where are you trying to get to.”

“Uh… I’m from Amestris… maybe you heard about that place.” Ed explained.

He shook his head. “No, I’m sorry. I haven’t. Is it in Japan?” Edward didn’t necessarily look Japanese, but that didn’t mean he couldn’t be from the country.

He nodded. The last thing he wanted was to piss off  Bakura, let alone a female Bakura.

“I’ve been well. I got married, actually.”

“Ball and chain huh? Fun… I have commitments of my own I suppose, children can’t raise themselves.” She laughed dryly.

His eyes widened. “You… you have children?” That was something he definitely didn’t expect. “That’s… wow… congratulations.”

“Ba… Bakura?” He was shocked to see a female version of him, but honestly… he shouldn’t have been. 

“Stop gawkin’, short stack.” She huffed, folding her arms. “I’m damn flawless, sure, but lets move on.”

He chuckled. “Yes ma’am.” Wow… she was as fiesty as his older self. He wondered if she had met her yet. “Well, I must say this is quite a surprise. How have you been?”

She waved her hands, now a bit flustered, “There’s no need to bow for me, my dear! Honest!”
Clearing her throat, she smiled at him, “Yes, I am… Or I was, once… Becoming Anput is a story I won’t bore you with.” She fidgeted a bit.

“Wow…” He was shocked that she would take her time to come and meet him. Yami, yes, but him, not so much.

“I’m sure it isn’t a boring story.” He smiled. “But I will not push to hear it if you don’t wish to tell. I’m just very pleased to meet you.”
